Is Kickoff Club free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use.
Why can't I find the result for an old match?
Scores fill in automatically for major leagues back to the 1993/94 season and for recent seasons of the top competitions. For anything else, such as non-league, friendlies or older games, you can type the teams and score in yourself.
My stadium isn't on the map.
The map covers over 5,800 grounds. If yours is missing, send us its name and town using the email above or Settings → Suggest a feature and we'll add it.
Can I keep a match private?
Yes. When you log a match, switch off Share to community feed. It stays in your ledger and passport but won't appear in anyone's feed.
How do I report a post, comment or profile?
Tap the menu on the post, comment or profile and choose Report. Photos and videos reported by several people are hidden until our team reviews them.
How do I turn notifications off?
Go to Passport → Settings → Notifications to choose which notifications you get, or turn them off completely in your phone's settings.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, straight from the app:
- Open the Passport tab and tap Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
This permanently removes your passport and profile, every ledger entry, your photos and videos, comments, likes, follows and trip plans. It can't be undone.
Can't get into the app? Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done. See the privacy policy for more on how we handle your data.
