Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Kickoff Club app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app is provided by [your name or company] ("we", "us").
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and don't impersonate anyone else.
Your content
You own the photos, videos, notes and other content you add. To run the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content as the app's features and your settings allow, for example showing a match you've shared on the community feed. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already shared or that we must keep for legal reasons.
Only post content you have the right to share.
The terrace code
Rivalry is part of football. Abuse is not. When using Kickoff Club you agree not to:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
- post nudity, graphic violence or dangerous stunts;
- post content you don't have the rights to, or other people's personal information;
- spam, advertise, or try to break, overload or misuse the service.
We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Use Report in the app to flag anything that does.
Football data
Fixtures, results, stadium details and weather come from public and third-party sources and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Always check official sources for kick-off times, tickets and travel. Club names and competitions belong to their owners. Kickoff Club is not affiliated with any club, league or federation.
The service
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
